About the role
A Citizen Developer is someone outside of IT who uses App Studio to configure workflows that automate simple to moderately complex back-office processes.
A Citizen Developer may work either as a sole contributor (‘Maker’) – building applications for use by themselves and their immediate workgroup – or as a member of a fusion team (‘Business Technologist’), building low-code applications as a service to their department.
