About the role
The Pega Delivery Leader (PDL) leads program delivery and drives Pega-powered transformation. The PDL provides thought leadership and supports the realization of business outcomes and ROI. Acting as a trusted advisor to the client and a liaison between the customer and wider Pega teams, the PDL actively contributes to client success and innovation.
Pega Delivery Leaders are instrumental in driving business decisions, Pega best practices, and client enablement. In addition, the PDL helps define and implement a roadmap, understands and advises on client strategy, and manages stakeholders and governance.
