Steps to Reproduce

Create any Custom portal using the pyCaseManager Harness, and open the Profile page in the Case manager portal, the error will be seen in the logs.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. When a Portal is created using the Branding wizard, PRPC skips the creation of Desktop_ CSS file for the  generated skin rule.

This issue is resolved by HFix-9610.
