Launch IAC application
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. The javascript error indicated the IAC user was trying to invoke the UI Inspector tool. IAC or business users should typically have no reason to utilize this part of PRPC code.
The IAC user had the following role PegaRULES:SysAdm4
Developer/admin users have elevated privileges through roles such as PegaRULES:SysAdm4 which enable this feature. Having an IAC user with this role was an invalid configuration.
Resolution
Remove PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role from IAC user.
