Accessibility errors for read-only labels

Summary
Out-of-the-box (OOTB) labels in read-only mode are not accessible. The labels do not meet WCAG 2 AA standard through Firefox browser.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a screen where fields are in read-only format.
2. Make sure that all fields in the sections are read-only.
3. Run the accessibility test and it will fail to pass the test.
Root Cause
This was identified as a enhancement to include in later Pega version.
Resolution
An enhancement request has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management. Refer to FDBK-12632 for further information.
