Summary

The Search and Help icons placed on the right top of the panel of the Report Viewer do not have tooltips and they do not work with the Enter key. Also, the Help window is not resizable.

Steps to Reproduce

Run a report definition, observe the behavior of Search and Help.

Root Cause

Report Viewer right top panel is implemented with the pzFindTextOnPage section for search and help.
There are missing tooltips and support for 'Enter' event for Search and Help icons.
Furthermore, in 'Open URL in window' action for help icon, 'Scrollbar and Resizable' options should be checked to make the Help window resizable.
