In accessibility mode, able to hear label which is unavailable

Summary



When accessibility mode is turned ON, user can hear the label while navigating the screen through tab control (using keyboard) but the label is not available on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Log in to the application.
2. Turn on the JAWS screen reader.
3. Enable the accessibility mode.
4. Navigate through the application using the tab. You can hear the label "Create Case" though it is not there on the screen if you press the up arrow when the control is at 'Get Most Urgent Case' as displayed in the screen.


Root Cause



A software use or operation error. User is using up and down arrow keys for navigation.


Resolution



Apply HFix-24687.
