Accessibility : Tooltip needs to appear on press of down arrow

Summary
When accessibility is enabled, user wants tooltips to appear on press of a down arrow key, especially for header elements.
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Press down arrow key on a header, which has tooltip enabled.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
Pega follows the W3 standard for accessibility and at present the tooltip widget is still a work in progress.

Nevertheless, an enhancement request, FDBK-24472, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
