Action after Refresh Harness does not occur after Chrome update

Summary
After configuring a button with the Refresh Harness followed by a Cancel action in a portal, the Cancel action does not initiate after a Chrome update to version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a button with a Refresh Harness followed by a Cancel action in a portal.
- Launch the portal and click on the button. The portal does not close when using the Chrome browser.
Root Cause
Any action that occurs after the configuration of the Refresh Harness, is not executed. The Refresh Harness must be the last action specified on a control.
Resolution
Refresh Harness, must be the last action specified on a control.
