Actions dropdown menu list displays on top left corner of report

Summary
The out-of-the-box Actions dropdown menu list displays on the top left corner of a report. This occurs when the report has more than 25 columns.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Report definition with more than 25 columns such that a horizontal scroll bar appears
- Click the Actions button on the top right corner of the report. The dropdown which populates the menu list (such as, Export to PDF, Refresh) appears on top left corner.
Root Cause
The Document Object Model (DOM) for the list items menu was not generated in the <li> structure. It was generated in the <td> and <tr> format (tabular format). Also, the menu control was not upgraded.
RESOLUTION
As a local-change, upgrade the menu control as below:
- Navigate to the Designer Studio > User Interface > HTML5 App Readiness.
- Click the Upgrade 'Show Menu' button to upgrade the menu control.
