Summary

In condition 1 and 2 of reason code (RC) 86, the user interface (UI) must allow the user to state that it is a Visa card and provide the acquirer reference number (ARN).

A box must be provided on the ancillary question screen to enter the ARN, and also Visa Card option must be included in the drop-down list, which when selected open an entry box for the ARN. 

The ARN must be mapped to the Other Description on the Exhibit. This is for All excluding Visa Europe.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Visa case.
2. Navigate to choose reason code screen.
3. Select RC 86 cc1 or RC 86 cc2.
