AES 7.1 Installation

Summary




After successfully installing AES 7.1 on PRPC 7.1.5 it is observed that AES server is sending mail for Alert Creation but not sending mail regarding Exception and not saving details in daily score card . Also, user is using default account for Email listener hence the need for another email account for the AES. (Since AES picks default account always). Please suggest a way to achieve this.
