Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment

The URL for the monitored node definition in AES is [unable to determine]

and the monitored node Dynamic System Setting specifies PULL.


Perform the following local-change:

Set the monitored node to Dynamic System Setting to PUSH

Alter the node New Connection String definition in AES with the correct URL and port for PRSOAPServlet on the monitored node.
