AES shows no data in some Weekly Scorecard reports.
SummaryAn oracle upgrade caused a restart of the monitored nodes as well the AES server. This caused some data to be missing that is required for scorecard reports.
Steps to ReproduceNot Applicable
Root CauseA defect or configuration issue in the operating environment
Due to errors in the monitored node and transient problems connecting to the database,the AES nodes were redefined and did not have the correct URL. Also the AES agents in the AES server were not started due to DB exceptions.
Make the following change to the operating environment:
The monitored nodes do not auto discover properly and the new connection string must be set to the proper PRSOAPServlet URL for the monitored node. Make sure that the AES agents are running properly on the AES server. Both of these items are required to allow AES to determine the state of the monitored nodes.
