After localization, export Excel column header is in English



Header is not localized in generated Excel after performing  export to Excel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Identify the labels to create field values and create them.
2. Run the localization wizard which will create all field values with the same string in Japanese
    So after that all the labels in screen will display the same text everywhere.
3. Perform Export to Excel in the application and see that the exported excel column names are in English.

Root Cause

The template being used to generate excel has headers hard coded in English.


Perform the following local-change:

If the template uses language specific headers Excel would be showing up correctly. 

Template being used : SelectedPDFSProductsDataExport 

Download the binary file and observe that it has headers in English. 

Modify the template with one column header to use some random localized value then upload and it shows up correctly.
