After migration PegaHCAGM rules are missing



Application was developed in one environment on Pega Customer Service for Health Care (CSHC) 7.14.  On migrating to another environment with CSHC v7.14 installed, many rules missing. 
The ruleset from which the code was originally developed has PegaHCAGM 07-13 rulesets but this ruleset version is not present in the new environment. 


Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

Both the environments are built on the same platform and version, but the version of the application ruleset for PegaHC_CPMHC • 07.14, in the new environment, is different.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.  
CSHC 7.14 has a prerequisite of Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF) 7.13.  In the new environment HCIF 7.14 was installed instead which does not have the 07-13 ruleset version for PegaHCAGM.


Make the following change to the operating environment:

CPMHC is looking for 07-13 rulesets, thus install HCIF 7.13, to resolve the issue.
