Alert occurs on running Pega Mobile Client for the first time



Alert displays in logs on running Pega Mobile Client application for the first time.

Error Messages

Caused by: Trust anchor for certification path not found.


Steps to Reproduce

Run the Pega Mobile Client (Hybrid Client) application.

Root Cause

Alert occurred as Pega server used SSL certificate that was self signed and not signed by a trusted anchor.


Use a certificate signed by a trusted Certificate Authorities (CA).
