Answering one complex question causes a blank line on another

Summary
Pegasurvey complex question 1 is a check box type and has five answers. Complex question 2 is a check box type and has nine answers. When a user selects answer 6, 7, and 8 for complex question 2, the empty answer rows are added to complex question 1 on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Define two complex questions where question 1 is a check box type with five answers and question 2 is a check box type with nine answers.
- Launch the questions from a flow containing a subprocess shape that uses the SurveyDriver subflow.
- Select answers 6, 7, and 8 for complex question 2.
- Observe that empty answer rows are added to complex question 1.
Root Cause
The SetScoring activity needs a final step to set param.AnswerIndex to 0.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29303.
