App Explorer settings name/description not available in 7.1.6

Summary
In PRPC 6.x App Explorer allowed to switch class display between class name and label (short description) in the class hierarchy display. This feature was dropped in Pega 7. When switching the App Explorer display to short description the rules listed inside the class hierarchy should also display their short description rather than the rule purpose. (In the Pega 7 Recent panel we already show the short description and not the rule purpose.)
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-10006.
