Application server crashes on exporting Rule-Admin-Product



When a developer exports a Rule-Admin-Product (RAP), the application server hangs.

Error Messages

RequestorLockException and associated Thread dumps are generated in PegaRULES log file.

Steps to Reproduce

Not Applicable.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. It was determined that one of the Data Class that was exported as part of the RAP was mapped to an external Table that had millions of records.



Exclude the Data class from the RAP Rule before the export.
