Application threads on wait condition

Summary
When the user issue the shutdown command the actual Pega application is stopped, but they found that still the process up and running on the Unix system.
In the background the application threads are still in the wait condition.

Steps to Reproduce
Issue the shutdown command and then check the live processes afterwards, observe the processes are still alive.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules : During graceful shutdown, DDS service does not properly shutdown threads.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34766.
