Summary
HFix-8760 was applied for caching issues. An error message appeared when logged in after the restart.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Apply HFix-8760.
Root Cause
The dependent hotfix HFix-7271 needs more attention while installing.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Bring down the server.
- Remove the contents of Temp directory, not just PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt.
- Take a backup of RuleIndex.
- Bring up the server, and use RuleIndex folder.
