ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when updating VBD partition

Summary
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException generates in PegaRULES log. This occurs after VBD query execution to a partition that is updated and compressed.

ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
Steps to Reproduce
- Insert data in to VBD.
- Wait for VBD partition data to be compressed, which is 15 minutes by default (configured with param vbd/compressPartitionTimeout).
- Reinsert data in to the same partition.
- Query VBD.
Root Cause
This issue is caused by a defect in the VBD Rules.
