Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.2.1
- Create a case
- Set the status as 'Unknown' in pre-activity
- Run the case and verify the status
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. AssigmentStatus UI control rule is referred to in the out-of-the-box pyAssignmentStatus property which displays status based on pyStatusLabel field value. In Pega 7, pyStatusLabel.Unknown is set as 'New' in the field value rule.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Modify the pyStatusLabel.Unknown field value to 'New'.
