Assignment Status is wiped out when using Bulk Process

Summary
When using the out of the box (OOTB) Bulk Process to transfer work objects, the system wipes out the Assignment status for the assignments that were transferred.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Bulk Process.
- Transfer an assignment using the Bulk process.
Root Cause
The Bulk process uses the wrong Transfer flow action (pyTransferAssignment).
Resolution
The Bulk process uses the wrong Transfer flow action (pyTransferAssignment). It is suggested to use the Transfer flow action. This change results in the dropdown showing the words "Transfer Assignment" instead of "Transfer".
