Attachment link with comma in file name does not open in Chrome

Summary



After upgrading to Pega 7.3, attachment links do not open when file names include special characters (,). This behavior persists in the Chrome browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a section and add a link to the section
2. Navigate to the Actions tab of the link > Add a click event and include a Menu action
3. Set the content as pyAddAttachemntMenu and the format to Standard
4. Run the section in the flow
5. Add any file with a special character in it's file name
6. Open the file in the Chrome browser
