Attachment Menu does not work for Chrome

Summary
The "Add" button available under the Attachments Tab in the "pyWorkBodyRight" section of a work object composite portal does not appear when clicked in the Chrome browser. If an assignment is selected for action the menu for the "Add" button will then appear, however it is formatted horizontally, not vertically.

Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The JavaScript for this control did not work correctly in Chrome.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-9676.
