Attachment name with braces displays ASCII characters

Summary
Try to attach a file with a filename containing braces, and the brace characters in the name are replaced by 3 letter strings in the attachment dialog screen.
For example:
(Test with braces)
becomes
$28Test with braces$29

Steps to Reproduce
Upload /attached a file with filename having brace characters.
Root Cause
An existing bug in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
HFix-25156 successfully resolved the issue.
