Audit History is not showing up after upgrading to Pega 7.1.7



User has migrated to Pega 7.1.7 from PRPC 6.2 SP 2. After upgrading to the new environment, end-users are not able to see audit history for the old work object. For the newly created items, there is no problem. User have checked the history table, it doesn't contain the old work history.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade to 7.1.7

Root Cause

In PRPC 6.2 SP2environment work object history was going to pr_history table. When did the migration, user have updated the history class to another table.


This issue is resolved after merging the data from pr_history into the newly created table.
