Audit screen is not localized for customers.
Changes needs to be done in AddCoveredWork Activity to show localized field value for the description.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
Localize text is not set to audit note. Need to update AddCoveredWork to set localized text.
Resolution
Updated AddCoveredWork to set localized audit text in HFix-25602.
