Audit window does not display localized value for case stages

Summary
While running some audit records, user cannot localize FirstStageStarted and ChangeStageAutomatic.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case that consists of several stages.
- Open FirstStageStarted and ChangeStageAutomatic field values.
- Run the case and check the contents of Audit. Observe that it is different from the values input in your field values.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems' code or rules
Resolution
Update or upgrade to the latest Pega release.
If you cannot update or upgrade and must continue using Pega 7.1.6, perform the local change given in SA-15044, also for Pega 7.1.6, https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/unable-localize-stage-names-audit-history-tab.
The resolved issue was delivered in Pega 7.2.
