Automatically update the report filters when filter changes

Summary
The requirement is to automatically update the report filters when filter changes are made on each column. However, this is not an expected behavior.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run the report
- Select the filter
- Refresh the report definition from Actions menu
Root Cause
The filters at the top within the shaded blue area are saved with the report and are permanent, that is, the filters remain even after you close the report. Column filters are temporary.
