Bar charts not displaying all the labels

Summary



Bar charts configured on a Report Definition show all the labels when run standalone, however they do not show all the labels when embedded in the Case Manager portal.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce



1. Create a Report definition and run the report and see it is getting details.
2. Include the report definition in dynamic layout.


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.

Resolution

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: The system behaves this way because of the size of the content being presented. User has limited size provided for the chart and the records are more then what can be accommodated in the default size.

To view all the record labels properly, modify the display size in the presentation tab of the chart configuration. Below is an example:
