Barcode scanner doesn't work as expected on mobile

User implemented  Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) scan using Pega Barcode or QR code scan action in UI.

This feature works fine for QR codes. But when it comes to Code 39 bar codes, user noticed below issues:

1. Unable to read the barcode (Application stays in the camera screen without taking any readings)
2. Reads the barcode and loads random numeric numbers in to VIN field.

Around 40% of the time users able to ready the barcode successfully.

A newer version of hybrid client resolves the issue.

Build a custom mobile app which would get Hybrid Client version where the reported issue is fixed.
