BIX Command Line Extract Fails

Summary



Unable to run BIX extracts using command line. They result in errors before the extract process begins.

Error Messages



ClassNotFoundException: com.pega.pegarules.internal.bootstrap.phase2.PRBootstrapImpl

Steps to Reproduce



Configure an extract to run from command line.

Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules:
The prbootstrap.properties file contained the following entry that should not be in use by BIX 7.1.7: com.pega.pegarules.bootstrap.assembledclasses.dbcpsource=example.oracle


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
Replace the above mentioned entry with com.pega.pegarules.bootstrap.allclasses.dbcpsource=example.oracle
