Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is an error/omission in product documentation.

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
if you running BIX from the command line, the prbootstrap.properties is needed. I recommend that you use the one found in the PRPC 7.1.6 media under Additional Products/BIX/config folder and add your db connection informations. Also, in the User Guide, in page 19 we state how to use it.

In BIX 2.2 and BIX 2.2, prbootstrap.properties was not needed when used with PegaRULES Process Commander versions prior to 6.x
