BIX extract does not execute

Summary
Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) Command Line script does not execute. This occurs intermittenly.

Steps to Reproduce
Execute the Command Line extracts.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The Extraction script started two extractions immediately in a sequence. The second extract did not wait for first extract to complete before starting. The first extract had insufficient heap size and took longer to execute. Hence, it did not complete before the second extract took the execution thread.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
- Increase the minimum and maximum heap size provided to the Script execution.
- Update the script to allow the first extract to complete before starting the second extract.
