BIX extract using -I failing for unknown reason

Summary



 BIX is not working when called from the command line using -I option.


Error Messages



( internal.access.ExtractImpl) INFO - Could not open file for reading
 

Steps to Reproduce



Run BIX extract from the command line with -I /yourDirectory/extractRule.xml


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.  There is an issue reading the file but BIX is only printing an informational message with no details about what the problem is.

Resolution



Apply HFix-30045.  With this Hot fix, the actual exception of what is causing the issue will be written to the PegaBIX log.
