Summary

A blank pop is getting displayed when we try to click an action link.

No error message but a blank pop-up is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to problem screen and search for qoutes in problem state. Then click on action link will leads to this pop-up message.

ROOT CAUSE &

Resolution

The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.

Customer was using a 'Show Harness' method in the activity which was called in the refresh section action for the OnClick activity for that button.
The Show Harness and refresh section were called at the same time hence throwing a blank pop up.

When suggested customer to remove the Show Harness method in the activity, the search button was working as expected.
