Body visible when condition in repeat layouts is not compatible

Summary
Developer has a row repeat with a body visible when condition. The when rule belongs to the data class which is the source to the repeat grid.
After migrating from PRPC 6.1 SP2 to 7.1.5, this when rule is being searched for in the class to which the section belongs.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a use case with a section containing a row repeat.
2. Enable the body visible when condition on the grid and choose the when rule from the data class/the source of the row repeat.
3. Create a R-A-P and migrate this section rules to 7.1.5.
4. Open the section and the visible when will be looked for in the class the section belongs to.
Root Cause
This behaviour is broken in 7.1.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is considered to be taken up in Pega 7.1.8.
