Browser Spell check functionality not working for RichTextEditor

Summary
Internet Browser Spell check is not working for RichText Editor (RTE) control.
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Add RTE control in a layout.
2. Make sure Spell check add on is enabled in the Internet Explorer browser.
3. Enter misspelled word in the RTE. Browser spell check is not working at that place.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Use Rich Text Editor spell check feature. Using this the issue is resolved.
