Bulk Actions filtering wrong data, Pega 7 regression

SA-22894

Summary

Parent child case types are defined in an application and upon creation they are transferred to a workbasket. When the Bulk Action Menu is opened, and the workbasket is selected from the "Transfer to Workbasket” dropdown, it does not show all the cases currently present in the chosen workbasket.
Particularly, it seems that it's always the same type of task which is not displayed, which can be either the parent case or the child case.

HFix-25587, which is the known solution for similar sporadic issue, also did not resolve this issue.

Error Messages

No error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create cases from different workpools and assign them to a workbasket.
2)  From the case manager portal click on the Bulk Action Menu.
3) Click on the Transfer to workbasket.
4) Verify that the task displayed correspond to the tasks present in the chosen workbasket.

Root Cause

If the “Disqualify this action from bulk processing” checkbox is checked that prevents the assignment from appearing in the bulk process.
This results in the case not appearing in the Bulk process list.

Resolution

The following local action must be applied:

Uncheck the “Disqualify this action from bulk processing” checkbox from the flow action.
