Bulk Actions Select all not working in IE



The OOTB Bulk Actions select all is not working as expected. When user clicks on ‘Select All Results’ checkbox, all the results get selected momentarily and then get deselected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Case Manger Portal and click on Bulk Actions
  2. Click on ‘Select All Results’ checkbox.

Root Cause

Not Applicable


Perform the following local-change in pyBulkProcessingAssignDisplay section which is an available rule, add action "Post value" for the "Change" event above "Refresh List" action.
