Bulk processing functionality does not show all items



From Work manager portal, when user performs a bulk transfer of cases from an operator or work basket to another operator or workbasket, system does not display all the cases present in the worklist or workbasket of selected option in dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open WorkManager portal having bulk processing functionality.
2. Select operator or workbasket for transfer work functionality.
3. Verify the work items that appear on screen to observe the issue.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in user application code/rules.
User has overridden the "Transfer" flow action in the application class and then selected the option "Disqualify this action from bulk processing".
So, pega_procom_flow.AddFlowActionToAssignment() method returns false with a security lack which causes the work items to not display on screen.


This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

Uncheck the option, "Disqualify this action from bulk processing" in customized version of “Transfer” flowaction. Bulk transfer screen would then display all the work items correctly.
