Bulk transfer does not consider all work pools in access group

Summary



When bulk transfer is used for reassigning cases, it only looks into the default selected work pool instead of looking into all available work pools in an access group.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Create an access group with multiple work pools
  3. Select a default work pool and use bulk transfer. Only the default selected work pool is used for selecting the cases for bulk processing


Root Cause



In the current implementation, only the default work pool is considered while displaying the items in the bulk process. The pzRunBulkProcessReport activity retrieves the current work pool of the application and process the results for display.


Resolution

An enhancement request, FDBK-25230, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
