Bulk transfer tab does not work correctly in Internet Explorer



When transferring work items in bulk, blank screen displays while returning from work object tabs. This occurs in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a tabbed layout for a portal harness.
  2. Add the pzBulkProcess section rule in a tab.
  3. Launch the portal and navigate to the bulk process tab.
  4. In the Bulk Process tab, perform a transfer action and go to the other tab. Return to the bulk process tab.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error

pzBulkProcess rule was used. For the Bulk Action screen, the rule used iFrames and List Views which are deprecated.


Perform the following local-change: Use the new Bulk Action rules and convert List View to report definition.
