Burndown charts do not display real time data for present day

On burndown of a task in the current Sprint, the Burndown charts do not display real time data for the present day.

Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to the Sprint case in Ag ile Studio > Dashboard. The Sprint Burndown chart displays all the tracked effort.
Root Cause
Functionality was missing in Agile Studio real time effort Burndown charts. Defer load activity was invoked while the sections were loaded for the Burndown charts.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45725.
