Buttons not getting displayed properly in IE browser only

Summary



There have been some issues with UI rules in the Internet Explorer web browser as some of the options are not being displayed properly in the browser like buttons, plus icons and so on. And this is happening for SysAdmin role for Developers, but the issue does not occur in Mozilla Firefox browser.

Root Cause



In the load balancer (httpd.conf file) a HTTP header "Pragma:no-cache" was added, which is restricting some buttons and icons from loading, when using Internet Explorer web browser.

Resolution

Remove the changes in the load balancer (from httpd.conf).
