Buttons placing, format not proper in pzGridExpandPaneTemplate

Summary
When the out-of-the-box (OOTB) pzGridExpandPaneTemplate is used for expand pane edit in grid operations, the buttons are not being rendered properly:
1. The OK-Cancel, Save-Discard buttons are coming far apart
2. The template uses pzModalButton control which does not have right and left borders

Steps to Reproduce
1. Use pzGridExpandPaneTemplate.
2. Run the application.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in future release under BUG-246906.
