Calendar control does not display Buddhist calendar

Summary
Calendar control does not display the Buddhist calendar despite the user profile being Thai.
For example, if the date is 01-12-2017, the date in the Buddhist calendar must display 01-12-2560.

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The Thai calendar based on locale 'th_TH' was not addressed.
Resolution
Apply HFix-40328.
